3 Spacious Bedrooms

2 large bedrooms each with a queen bed, and 1 bedroom with a king bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and blinds on the windows.

2 Full Bathrooms

The main floor bathroom features a deep tub/shower, dual sinks in a 72” vanity, and heated tile floors. There is also a 3-piece bathroom in the basement with a walk-in shower.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

A kitchen featuring everything you’ll need to make your meals, including a full-size range, fridge with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, air fryer, drip coffee machine, and more!

Finished Basement

Complete with fireplace, large sectional sofa, 65” smart TV with Netflix, ping pong table, wet bar, additional fridge/freezer with ice-maker, games table, and sofa bed.

Large Outdoor Covered Deck

Featuring a dining table and patio sofa for seasonal use, as well as a propane BBQ.

Oversized Lot

Perfect for camp fires at our fire pit, playing lawn games (provided in our rear storage shed), and having fun with family and friends.

  • Our cottage can accommodate a maximum of 4 mid-sized vehicles in our driveway. Please note that parking along Highlands Drive is not permitted at any time of year.

  • We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, including children. The municipality of Bluewater strictly enforces capacity of rentals. Please note our septic system cannot handle more than 8 guests at a given time.

  • Yes! We invite you to stay with us any time of the year. Summer is our peak season given the proximity to the beach, but you can enjoy a wonderful vacation in the off-season – with a discounted rate! We have included extra touches to make a colder-weather stay more enjoyable, such as our sauna, basement fireplace, and heated bathroom floors.

  • A quiet, private beach is only 200m from the front door of our cottage. Please note the beach has steep stairs to access. Grand Bend’s main public beach is also only 3km away.

  • Pets are not allowed at our cottage unless previously arranged and agreed upon. Bringing pets without disclosing to the hosts may incur additional cleaning fees and/or immediate eviction.

  • You may book directly with us by clicking “book now” in the top menu of this website, or via AirBnb or VRBO. Contact us for more info and we’ll be happy to assist!

  • Our cottage is located in a family-friendly neighbourhood with a noise curfew of 11pm, therefore we do not allow parties to be held at our cottage.
